David Slansky Theory of Poker?

I was thinking of finishing the Super System, after which the Harrington on Hold'em Vol I and II, then David Slansky Theory Poker is that, in good condition? But the main question is if this book is boring, it feels like it is sooo boring that I'm a little scared Skipping is that good? And it's boring?

Sklansky books is probably more information per page than anybody else. But they can be very dry. I would say that if you do not have the patience and concentration to get through a few chapters of Sklansky, you may wish to continue with the poker career. Hours of poker has been described as "55 minutes of sheer boredom, and 5 minutes of sheer terror." Remember that every hand they show on TV, they skipped about 15 hands, because they were not dynamic.
