Online Poker Strategy?

What is the best strategy for playing online poker for cash games (not tournies)? Someone told me that they can do $ 150/hr in 10 games simultaneosly. I am fairly experienced, but I am looking to increase my profits. I play .25/.50 and .5 / 1 limit. Is it reasonable to play lots of games and play very tight poker? Any ideas would be great.

Play multi-table require a lot of know-how, judging by the limit you are playing the average player.
