The best way to track the online poker income for tax purposes?

Now, 100% of my income online poker. I am drawing is $ 2000 ever 2 weeks or so, and is Check sent to me. I play a Sit-n-go tournaments almost exclusively. If you do not know what this is, you do not, in principle, to sign a small tournament (9-45 players), and when enough people have signed to play with, it will start. My question is, what is the best way to track this in my 2008 tax return? I'm sure I would prefer to save every tournament, but at the end of the year, I have thousands of tournament results, but it seems this is quite onerous, and me and the IRS. Should more efficient, or the right person for me just watch the cashout checks? Since I have worked with a company out of the country, and money is not really "my" before as I check in hand I thought this might be ok. Furthermore, I never make deposits (and in fact never, but that's another story), if no meaning.
