When I play Hold em poker, sometimes during the game I get frozen. Thescreen says I am already logged on. How?

get frozen. commputer says I is allready logged in and can not do it twice. How Ifix this?

What room, and software do you use? Have you tried another pokerroom? May be a bad internet connection?
