18 years, house party, entertaining guests, alcohol, min?

Hi all, I've been wondering the party next week. Have already invited friends to and guests. It will be my home. I want it to be easy going, a memorable evening for everyone. I've already come up with ideas. In principle – a spit roast running BBQ going – the food side – kareoke – music – online poker, (hopefully no monetary contribution) – games, for example, Genga – darts. I would like to encourage everyone not to drink too much alcohol. Personally, I stopped drinking, but there are other drinks out there. I want to be able to keep everone in place, so they just do not like to drink. I want everyone to enjoy the evening without alcohol. All the fun and crazy ideas that do not involve alcohol or. skinny dipping is fun, but we are not at home, not on the beach.
