Cashing out of poker and to avoid taxes.?

My friend has his $ 50,000 Online Poker Account and would like to repatriate. He did not want to pay 30% of the taxes or whatever, because the U.S. does not want to regulate online poker. Anyways, whats the best way to repatriate the check and to avoid the taxman to find out? What to revise the amount that banks report (if it more than $????????)? Any general tips or something? Do not bother to respond to "Just to pay taxes." She'll probably end up doing anyway.
