Except for a split pot, not always only be one winner of Texas Hold'em?

I've been playing Zynga Poker has for quite some time now, and I came across this question, that's really bugged me for some time. Basically, whenever I win a round (ie, three-of-a-kind) for more than two pairs, in my view, poker, should I take all the pot, because I had a stronger hand. … Which, I take the pot, a very unpleasant information seems to favor my colleagues in the opponent, and they end up to a larger pot than me? I've never understood why – I've tried to look for it, but I'm still confused. Is this a fault in the system, or whether the rule of poker, I left out …?

Might be just the graphics. Proceed all in 1000 … Someone else to invest in 2500, and all the other folds. Well, 1500 should be returned to another person before the cards are visible, but they usually do not do things the right order. So they turn the cards, you win a hand, but then another person appears to "win" the 1500, when the money would not have been the pot first.
