Is it still legal to play poker since crackdown on poker sites?

PokerStars is gone, FullTilt and UB, but I see Bodog is still ongoing, so are the players I only.will trouble with the law, if I play at these sites, im a us citizen

It was never illegal players to play online poker. It was illegal, and banks and poker rooms deal with funds from the U.S. population. So you can not get arrested for playing online poker (except Washington St., it is outrageous Criminal – lol), but there is the possibility of money could get blocked when the DOJ to wonder if and when you see the money again.
