Trailer Trash Pub Crawl in Portland, Oregon?

I'm looking to dive bar crawl of about 3 weeks now Portland area. I live near Eastmoreland, so I thought, going over to hit the Sellwood Black Cat, Penguin, and Pogos. I'd love to have some other suggestions, or another area where I can hit 5-6 really crappy place about 3 hours time. I've been thinking I'll grab a 1-2 drinks at each place, and is also a snack and play games (pool, video poker, Shuffleboard), and then out. It probably gets about 10 people with me. Ideas????
