unsufficient number of cards in 7 Card Stud Poker is 8 players at the table?

At 7 card stud, each player can have up to 7 cards, if they play each other hand and to 8 players can play at a table at the same time. So 7 * 8 = 56 cards can be used for players at the table with one hand. But poker has had only one deck and a deck of 52 cards as we all know. So what happens if all players call until the 7th street (the last round of betting)? There is not enough number of cards. Used to be? How can this problem be solved?

If so, that many people still in hand, the seventh card is dealt face up in the middle, and everyone gets to use the community cards.
