cool poker names
How important do you think your name in poker?
I've noticed that most of these players always cool and catchy names such as Phil Ivey, Phil Helmuth, Greg Raymer, Johnny Chan .. They have a cool name that they can live up too …. And I also think that this is an important and part of the online poker … Unfortunuately, my name, I called myself PokerStars really sucks, and they do not allow any name changes …. And I see losing time and time again .. What do you think I should do? Or are there other pokersites as good as the PokerStars also FullTilt?
Your name will no important. Tom Dwan, durrrr, and your name is Gavin Smith Username birdguts. I do not think the user names are clever and me them with a lame side and both players have been very successful poker career (just to name a few). If you really feel self-conscious about it, you should just create a new account and transfer money into your new account. Technically, this is contrary to the terms of the Full Tilt and Poker Stars, but if they are caught, you could just explain the situation and they will likely just shut down the original account. You'll probably still be allowed to play.
